Hosteria de la Colina exceeded our expectations during our stay. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the owner personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of the beautiful gardens and main house. The views of the lake from the dining room were breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with an excellent bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delightful, with fresh fruits and berries, including homegrown blueberries, elegantly presented. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The only minor improvement that could be made at this hotel is expanding the hot water availability, as it was only on in the morning and in the evening after 9pm. However, the staff were kind enough to accommodate our needs by turning on the hot water when we returned from our daily activities.

Excellent service, helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, great breakfast, beautiful lake view, tranquil location.

I stayed in a hotel in Chile with an idyllic setting overlooking a lake and a phenomenal garden and terrace. the English speaking staff was superb and attended to every detail, making my stay as comfortable and pleasing as possible. One of the best aspects of my stay was the tranquil location, yet within comfortable walking distance to town. they booked my nature tour, which was topnotch with great knowledge, a sense of humor, and patience for a fun day.

The Wi-Fi in the room was non-existent, and I had to go to the parking lot to get some spotty signal. Another downside was that the credit card payment could not be processed because there was no connection.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for their comfortable rooms. The attention to detail is evident in the well-maintained garden and the beautiful view of the lake. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, offering us plenty of assistance with parking and restaurant options. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious fresh fruits and pastries served every day. we enjoyed the hot water being turned on every evening, providing us with a warm shower after a long day of exploring.

Although the hotel was not located within walking distance of the centre, we rented a car and it was easy to find parking. The wifi was a bit unstable but we also experienced this issue at other hotels in the region.

I loved the gorgeous gardens and lake view from my room. Transportation was easy to arrange and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh fruit and delicious pastries.
